City Of Victoria issued the following announcement on Mar. 07.
Last week, Victoria Firefighters Matt Schuster, Ben Hagen, and Steven Thuening were recognized for completing their initial probationary period. Firefighters spend approximately 200 hours of training in their first year to gain the necessary skills to perform firefighting, medical, and other activities.
These firefighters were presented with their black helmet and had their badge pinned on their uniform signifying the completion of their probationary period.
Congratulations to Matt, Ben, and Steve!
