Property owners in Carver County paid 1.2% of the value of their homes in property taxes in the fourth quarter of 2024, which is more than the national average, according to the real estate analysis posted by West Twin Cities.
In 2024, one H-1B petition was filed by an employer classified under the Agriculture, Forestry, Fishing and Hunting industry located within the West Twin Cities publication area, as per data provided by the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services via the H-1B Employer Data Hub.
In March, the median sale price of a home in Carver County rose by $57,000 from the same period in the previous year, while total sales decreased by 21.4%.
