Watertown (Carver County) home prices rise in May 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2018 in Watertown in Carver County rose by $36,500 while total sales decreased by 81.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2018, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $258,000 - a 16.5% increase over the $221,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 16 homes sold in Watertown in May 2017.
