Norwood Young America home prices rise in July 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2017 in Norwood Young America rose by $61,900 while total sales remained unchanged with nine homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2017, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $224,900 - a 38% increase over the $163,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Norwood Young America in July 2016, as well.
