Victoria home prices unchanged in April 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2017 in Victoria was unchanged while total sales increased by 10%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2017, there were 22 homes sold, with a median sale price of $392,000. There were 20 homes sold in Victoria in April 2016, and the median sales price for the period was also $392,000.
