Norwood Young America home prices fall in the second quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2018 in Norwood Young America fell by $13,800 while total sales decreased by 11.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2018, there were 24 homes sold, with a median sale price of $186,200 - a 6.9% decrease over the $200,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 27 homes sold in Norwood Young America in the second quarter of 2017.
