Norwood Young America home prices rise in the third quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2017 in Norwood Young America rose by $51,600 while total sales increased by 23.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2017, there were 32 homes sold, with a median sale price of $209,000 - a 32.8% increase over the $157,400 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 26 homes sold in Norwood Young America in the third quarter of 2016.
