Mayer home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2018 in Mayer rose by $12,600 while total sales remained unchanged with 12 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2018, there were 12 homes sold, with a median sale price of $267,500 - a 4.9% increase over the $254,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 12 homes sold in Mayer in the fourth quarter of 2017, as well.
