Chaska home prices fall in November 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2018 in Chaska fell by $28,400 while total sales decreased by 9.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2018, there were 28 homes sold, with a median sale price of $231,500 - a 10.9% decrease over the $259,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 31 homes sold in Chaska in November 2017.

The median sales tax in Chaska for 2018 was $3,128. In 2017, the median sales tax was $3,052. This marks an increase of 2.5%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 1.4%.
