Watertown (Carver County) home prices rise in November 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2018 in Watertown in Carver County rose by $67,000 while total sales increased by 340%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2018, there were 22 homes sold, with a median sale price of $252,000 - a 36.2% increase over the $185,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Watertown in November 2017.
