55 percent of applicants to Crown College were admitted for fall 2018

At Crown College, 75 percent of undergraduate students are traditional students - age 24 or younger - and 53 percent are female, according to the latest disclosure from the U.S. Department of Education.

The four-year private not-for-profit institution in Saint Bonifacius enrolled 1,510 students in fall 2018, including 1,152 in undergraduate and 358 in graduate programs, data shows. 8.8 percent of undergraduates transferred from another college or university.

43 percent of undergraduates are residents of Minnesota, and 54 percent are residents of other states. 2 percent are citizens of foreign countries.

The undergraduate student body is comprised mostly of students who identify as white (76 percent) and Black or African American (8 percent).

The school admitted 55 percent of the 750 students who applied for fall 2018. Of those who were admitted, 41 percent enrolled.
