Victoria home prices rise in August 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2020 in Victoria rose by $85,100 while total sales decreased by 47.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2020, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $510,000 - a 20% increase over the $424,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 17 homes sold in Victoria in August 2019.

The median sales tax in Victoria for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $5,260, approximately 1% of the median home sale price for August 2020.
