Victoria home prices rise in September 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2020 in Victoria rose by $47,550 while total sales increased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2020, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $595,000 - a 8.7% increase over the $547,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Victoria in September 2019.
