The first quarter of 2021: Chaska experienced a 0.7% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2021 in Chaska rose by $1,875 while total sales decreased by 23.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2021, there were 61 homes sold, with a median sale price of $288,000 - a 0.7% increase over the $286,125 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 80 homes sold in Chaska in the first quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Chaska for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $3,272, approximately 1.1% of the median home sale price for the first quarter of 2021.
