Rising home prices in Cologne in the first quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2021 in Cologne rose by $63,730 while total sales decreased by 42.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2021, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $342,450 - a 22.9% increase over the $278,720 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Cologne in the first quarter of 2020.
