June 2021: Home prices in Victoria increased

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2021 in Victoria rose by $107,500 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2021, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $535,000 - a 25.1% increase over the $427,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 18 homes sold in Victoria in June 2020.

The median sales tax in Victoria for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $5,260, approximately 1% of the median home sale price for June 2021.
