Chanhassen (Carver County) home prices rose in the second quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2021 in Chanhassen in Carver County rose by $57,000 while total sales increased by 7.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2021, there were 98 homes sold, with a median sale price of $442,000 - a 14.8% increase over the $385,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 91 homes sold in Chanhassen in the second quarter of 2020.
