The second quarter of 2021: Home prices in Victoria increased

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2021 in Victoria rose by $60,050 while total sales remained unchanged with 32 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2021, there were 32 homes sold, with a median sale price of $512,550 - a 13.3% increase over the $452,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 32 homes sold in Victoria in the second quarter of 2020, as well.

The median sales tax in Victoria for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $5,260, approximately 1% of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2021.
