Median home prices in Cologne rose to $313,500 in the third quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Cologne rose by $28,493 while total sales remained unchanged with 14 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were 14 homes sold, with a median sale price of $313,500 - a 10% increase over the $285,008 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 14 homes sold in Cologne in the third quarter of 2020, as well.

The median sales tax in Cologne for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $2,916, approximately 0.9% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2021.
