November 2021: Home prices in Victoria fell

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2021 in Victoria fell by $35,100 while total sales decreased by 47.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2021, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $499,900 - a 6.6% decrease over the $535,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 17 homes sold in Victoria in November 2020.
