Cologne median home prices rose by 16.8% in the fourth quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2021 in Cologne rose by $55,500 while total sales increased by 15.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2021, there were 15 homes sold, with a median sale price of $385,000 - a 16.8% increase over the $329,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 13 homes sold in Cologne in the fourth quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Cologne for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $2,916, approximately 0.8% of the median home sale price for the fourth quarter of 2021.
