Home prices increased in Watertown (Carver County) during the first half of 2022

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2022 in Watertown in Carver County rose by $69,000 while total sales decreased by 43.8 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June, there were 27 homes sold, with a median sale price of $351,500 - a 24.4 percent increase over the $282,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 48 homes sold in Watertown in the first half of 2021.
