Carver County Sheriff’s Office recently issued the following announcement.
On July 16 members of the Carver County Sheriff’s Office dive team and the Shakopee Fire Department trained at courthouse lake in Chaska. Divers explored the lake, Detention Deputies, Ridgeview Hospitals and Clinics Paramedics and other members trained on using an ROV. The ROV is a remotely operated vehicle. You can see exactly what’s down there with the special glasses/goggles.
It makes diving and recovery efforts much easier.
