City Of Victoria issued the following announcement on Oct. 30.
City Update: Water services have been restored to all neighborhoods.
Previous Post: The City of Victoria will be shutting water off to Parkview Ct and the neighborhood to the north (Lilac Ln, Kochia Ln, and 73rd St) until the water main is repaired. We will be opening the interconnect between Shorewood and Victoria to provide water to all residents north of HWY 5.
If you notice a change in water quality, it is due to the water being sourced from Shorewood's municipal water supply.
