City Of Victoria issued the following announcement on Nov. 11.
Prepare for winter in Victoria with a few reminders about snow maintenance after a snow event. –Parking on the street is prohibited from 11 p.m. to 6 a.m. after two inches or more of snow falls until the street is plowed from curb to curb.–Do not shovel or blow snow from driveways back into the street. –Residents are responsible for removing snow from the sidewalks in front of or on the side of their property within 24 hours of snowfall.–Garbage and recycling bins should not be placed past the curb line on the street or road to ensure City maintenance vehicles can pass safely.
