County To Offer Paperless Property Tax Statements

CHASKA, MINN. — Carver County announced a new option for residents to receive property tax notices, property tax statements and valuation notices electronically starting with the 2023 mailings.

These “eNoticesOnline” help taxpayers reduce their paper footprint. It’s a quick, easy and free way to go paperless with property tax notices.

Residents will receive instructions with their 2023 proposed notice, which the County plans to mail by Nov. 23, 2022. The mailing includes an insert with instructions and an activation code, ensuring security and confidentiality. Taxpayers then will register online after validating their registration via email.

Taxpayers with questions about this process should contact Carver County Property Tax Department at (952) 361-1910 or visit its website.
