The Don C. Guggemos Sr. Community Service Award was created to recognize the residents, businesses, and organizations in the City of Winsted who have demonstrated a commitment to civic participation and/or volunteer service. These awards are meant to recognize the “unsung heroes” who make our community a better place to live.
The recipients are a great asset to the Winsted community and we congratulate all of you for your amazing service and contributions!
