On Sunday, Feb. 16, former Waconia High School standout Nicole Weinberger’s college team won in an NCAA Division II softball game

On Sunday, Feb. 16, former Waconia High School standout Nicole Weinberger’s current college team, the Winona State Warriors, won 10-2 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the William Jewell Cardinals.

The game took place at American State Bank Sports Complex. This was their second matchup against the Cardinals this season.

The Warriors’ next game is scheduled for Monday, Feb. 17 at 11:50 a.m. at American State Bank Sports Complex against Quincy Hawks.
