Sydney Schwartz, former Chanhassen High School standout, played on Saturday, March 15 in NCAA Division I softball game

On Saturday, March 15, former Chanhassen High School standout Sydney Schwartz’s current college team, the Minnesota Golden Gophers, won 8-7 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Penn State Nittany Lions.

The game took place at Devon Park. This was their first matchup against the Nittany Lions this season.

The Golden Gophers’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, March 16 at 1:30 p.m. at Devon Park against Penn State Nittany Lions.
