On Wednesday, March 26, former Waconia High School standout Nicole Weinberger’s current college team, the Winona State Warriors, won 10-1 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Concordia Golden Bears.

The game took place at Carlander Field. This was their second matchup against the Golden Bears this season.

The Warriors’ next game is scheduled for Friday, March 28 at 1 p.m. at Maynard R. Johnson Field against Minnesota State Moorhead Dragons.
