Applications are now open for the 2026 High School Page Program and the Undergraduate Internship Program at the Minnesota House of Representatives. These programs give Minnesota students an opportunity to gain direct experience in state government and observe the legislative process.

According to Rep. Dawn Gillman, informational packets about these opportunities will be distributed by the Sergeant at Arms Office to all high schools across Minnesota. Gillman encourages community members, educators, and families to share this information with students and local partners.

Gillman stated, "Don’t miss this chance to step into the halls of the Minnesota House, see democracy in action, and maybe even spark your future career in government. Who knows, one of you might be shaping the next big policy in our state someday!"

For further details or questions regarding either program, interested parties can contact Thomas Holien, Educational Programs Coordinator, at Thomas.Holien@house.mn.gov or call (651) 296-4860.
