Cologne home prices fall in April 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2018 in Cologne fell by $5,800 while total sales increased by 75%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2018, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $280,000 - a 2% decrease over the $285,800 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Cologne in April 2017.

The median sales tax in Cologne for 2018 was $2,876. In 2017, the median sales tax was $2,822. This marks an increase of 1.9%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 1%.
