Norwood Young America home prices rise in the second half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2019 in Norwood Young America rose by $18,000 while total sales decreased by 42.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2019, there were 27 homes sold, with a median sale price of $217,000 - a 9% increase over the $199,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 47 homes sold in Norwood Young America in the second half of 2018.
