City Of Victoria issued the following announcement on Aug. 03.
The City Compost Site located at 1416 Stieger Lake Lane (the old Public Works Building area) is open to Victoria residents if they need to drop off fallen debris caused by the storm. It accepts branches, leaves, and other organic plant material.

Update: The Public Works team has been out clearing debris, as well as trimming branches, downed limbs, and trees. Please call (952) 443-4237 if you know or suspect a city tree (boulevard, park, trail, outlot, etc.) was damaged during the storm and if it is or may be a safety hazard.
