Under the direction of the Jail Administrator, the Sentence to Serve (STS) Crew Leader is responsible for leading the work of, and work completion performed by, the adult STS work crew. The STS program exists to provide a program for inmates to reduce jail time, and for offenders to receive a sentencing alternative from the courts.
