County Of Carver issued the following announcement on Nov. 04.
As of earlier this week, the County received 7,451 absentee ballots but 2,641 absentee ballots have not been returned. We expect between 9,000-10,000 absentee ballots.
Your absentee ballot needs to arrive by Election Day, or drop it off in person. http://ow.ly/QVBB50LtAVe
