Carver County Sheriff’s Office issued the following announcement on Dec. 08.
On 12/6/22 the Carver County Sheriff's Office responded to incidents of delivered packages being stolen in a neighborhood near Lake Susan Drive and Great Plains Blvd in Chanhassen. On 12/7/22 observant neighbors called 911 advising they saw the same suspect from the day before. Our first Deputy arrived, observed the suspect, and after a foot chase, arrested the suspect.
We wanted to give a shout out to our wonderful Chanhassen residents for being so observant and calling 911 when they saw something that didn't look right! A search warrant was completed at the suspect's residence and numerous stolen packages were located!
