City Of Chanhassen issued the following announcement on Feb. 09.
Get the most energy-efficient brand & model available when shopping for major home appliances. Look for the energy guide label that shows annual energy consumption & operating costs. An Energy Star label will also be found on products that meet high-efficiency standards.
Your utility company may offer rebates on high-efficiency appliances to offset the higher initial costs, so be sure to call or go online & check with them.
