Watertown City - Mn issued the following announcement on Feb. 17.
Mayor Mike Walters gave the annual State of the City address at the Watertown Area Chamber of Commerce meeting yesterday.
The presentation was video recorded and is currently being edited by the Wright County Cable Commission. It will be made available to view next week.
