Minnesota State Representative Dawn Gillman shared an Easter message with her constituents, reflecting on the season and expressing gratitude for community support. Gillman noted the arrival of spring and described spending Easter with her family, emphasizing the importance of togetherness.

She stated, "Spring is in the air, flowers are blooming, and Easter joy is all around! I hope this season brings sunshine to your heart and a smile to your face—because after a long winter, we could all use a little extra light and warmth."

Gillman continued by sharing her personal experience during the holiday: "I was so blessed to spend Easter surrounded by my wonderful family, soaking up the laughter, love, and a few too many chocolate eggs! Moments like these remind me how grateful I am for the people who make life so meaningful—and that includes all of you."

Addressing the broader meaning of Easter, she added, "Easter is such a beautiful reminder of hope, renewal, and the promise that brighter days are ahead. Whether you spent the weekend in worship, at brunch with loved ones, or simply enjoying a peaceful walk in the spring air, I hope you felt the joy and grace that this season brings."

Concluding her message to residents of District 17A, Gillman said: "Thank you for letting me serve as your representative. I’m heading back to the Capitol with a full heart and renewed energy, ready to keep working hard for our amazing community."

She wished everyone well for the season: "Wishing you and your loved ones a season filled with happiness, fresh beginnings, and lots of jellybeans!"
