City Of Golden Valley, Mn-Local Government issued the following announcement on Oct 10.

To bring the conversation of human rights to a younger audience, the Golden Valley Human Rights Commission has expanded it’s annual Martin Luther King Human Rights Contest to accept submissions from all grade levels, K–12. The deadline to enter is Dec 1, 2020 and winners will be announced Dec 10, 2020. K–5 and 6–12 winners will receive a cash prize.
