Carver County is accepting applications for an Operations Engineer/Assistant Public Works Director, working out of our Cologne Public Works facility. This position manages and directs the Operations Department. Responsibilities include County road and bridge maintenance, county-wide fleet maintenance and management, traffic engineering, sign shop operations, and traffic signal operations and maintenance.
Also responsible for supervision, personnel management, budget preparation, representing the County at public meetings, and assisting the Public Works Director/County Engineer directing and operating the Division.
