Hutchinson has been selected through a competitive application process to participate in the Rural Child Care Innovation Program (RCCIP), which recognizes childcare as an economic driver for rural communities.
As participants in this program, we are working to:
• Support and preserve existing child care
• Increase the supply of high-quality, affordable child care in our community
• Promote the importance of early childhood development.
