City Of Victoria recently issued the following announcement.
Celebrate the holidays downtown as we light up Victoria!
Light Up Victoria Event Activities:
-Mayor turns on holiday lights for the first time of the season
-Photos with Santa
-Performances
-Caroling
-Holiday Treats
This year, Len Olson, a Victoria resident, is collecting toys with Victoria's local businesses for Toys for Tots, a program run by the United States Marine Corps Reserve which distributes toys to children in need. Drop off your gifts at any of the participating businesses (Search TOYS FOR TOTS VICTORIA MN) and they will be given to the Marines during the Light Up Victoria event.
Don’t forget to support our local businesses when celebrating holiday cheer this season! Buy a local present, purchase gift cards, or even leave a good review of your favorite Victoria businesses. All these actions can make a big impact on our local businesses.
